Effective Tennis Drills

We have developed a new program and approach to help athletes master their game and advance to the next level on the court. If spending hours doing the same old tennis drills is not working for you, or your students, it may be time to branch out into a new program. It can be frustrating to do the same workouts without seeing improvements. The TenDance System combines the fundamentals of dance movements and racquet work to help players of all abilities improve on the court. These tennis exercises will help players improve balance and agility.

The TenDance System is unique because it focuses on conditioning the entire body, not just working on racquet skills or footwork.

Players who are able to move quickly across the court will have a strong advantage. Relying solely on a strong arm is not enough to master the game. Being able to move quickly and effectively across the court to reach long shots is what will help win matches. These tennis exercises help promote balance, which in turn helps players return difficult shots.

Check out our adaptive tennis skills and games.

Tennis Exercises and Fundamentals

Every player has the potential to improve his or her game. The TenDance System, with the unique tennis drills, is designed to help players of all levels. Beginners will learn the fundamentals of racquet and footwork. More advanced players will benefit from the full body exercises to improve agility, speed and balance. Students will see the results of using their entire body during the game. And, following a Movement Specific Training program helps reduce the chance of many common injuries. There is always room for improvement, even for advanced students. The TenDance System has helped numerous players realize their full potential. Coaches will find that students are able easily follow the training program, because it works.
